In your second week on the job you should have began to notice how things are accomplished and generally how the organization runs. In a number of your course you had the opportunity to learn about theories, mostly behavioral, but we also talked about systems theory. Do a little research and refresh your memory about systems theory and then describe how your organization seems to follow or perform under the tenants of the theory. Once you have described the organization, then discuss how you fit into this system. What are some other theories that you may have noticed?

Your post should be at least 150 words and written in APA style using proper grammar and construction. Post this discussion by Friday.

• Apply concepts learned throughout the course of the program to a job environment, thus complementing the students academic work.

• Promote an understanding of the similarities and differences regarding classroom concepts as they relate to practical application.
