Over the course of your studies as an English major, you have most likely completed and/or updated a career plan, a resume orCurriculum Vitae, a cover letter for employment, and an elevator pitch. Take a moment to revisit those documents. Going forward, what are your plans for putting your degree and/or knowledge to use? Do you plan to go on to more advanced studies or will you be pursuing job opportunities? How do you think your newly acquired knowledge and skills will shape your personal and professional development? How will you revise your resume, cover letter, and elevator pitch to emphasize the knowledge and skills you have acquired during your degree program, and to show their applicability to your desired career path?
