Select one of the four case studies that were presented in this week’s reading and tutorial. Briefly describe the problem and how GIS resolved the issue. Discuss how the problem could have been resolved without GIS? Discuss another environmental problem that could be solved using an application such as the one you described in your case study?

Guided Response: Select two class members that have responded differently than you. When responding to class members, consider the sources they may need to develop an analysis of their selected case study. Suggest some additional sources and GIS map making tips to further develop your classmates analyses.
